I am Farzaneh Heratian, born in 1986, with a Master’s degree in Urban Design from Islamic Azad University, Qazvin Branch, and a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Islamic Azad University, Isfahan Branch. I began my professional career in 2008, focusing on architectural design, supervision, and project management. Over the years, I have contributed to a diverse range of urban, public, residential, and other architectural projects.


From 2008 to 2014, I worked as a Senior Architect and Head of the Architecture Atelier at Volume Sevvom Architecture Office\. In 2011, I joined the Isfahan Metro organization, where I served as an architect and project supervisor for Takhti and Shohada stations from 2011 to 2015. Subsequently, from 2015 to 2021, I was responsible for the architectural project management of Isfahan Metro Line 2 stations at Zayandab Company, acting as the Design Manager.


Since 2021, I have served as CEO and Head of Architecture at Avan Architecture Studio, while continuing to work on independent architectural and urban design projects. Since 2023, I have also been responsible for the management and development of Avan Peydaiesh Design & Build Group, overseeing project planning, team coordination, architectural design and supervision, as well as project investment planning and development strategies.

Amin Shirvani

I am Amin Shirvani, born in 1981, and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. With extensive experience in construction and civil engineering project management and execution, I have led, supervised, and coordinated the planning and delivery of diverse projects across the construction, architectural, industrial, and research sectors throughout my professional career.


My professional experience includes executive project management roles at the Central Region Biotechnology Research Institute (2005–2007), Nikan Tehran Co. (2007–2011), and Foolad G Pasargad Co. (2011–2013).
In 2013, I founded Peydaiesh Sazeh Apadana Co., with a focus on technical management and the execution of building projects. Since 2023, I have also been responsible for the executive management and development of Avan Peydaiesh Design & Build Group, overseeing project planning, team coordination, and the operational leadership of construction projects.
